Incoming! A new Google Penguin update is on the way and it looks to be bad.
Last week at SES San Francisco, Matt Cutts announced the upcoming Penguin update and said, “you don’t want the next Penguin update.” As vague as that message is, I think you get the idea.
With how hard the zoo updates have been hitting websites recently this type of announcement is very unsettling. About 65% of websites have been affected by those updates and this news definitely isn’t going to help.
My suggestion is to simply be ready for whatever is coming up from Google this time around. The in-depth details aren’t in yet, but with those warnings… Who knows what could happen to SEO now?
