JV means an action that is formed between two or more party to undertake economic activity or project together. By taking this kind of action parties will share revenue, expenses and control all shared things that is related to this action.

Usually to get partner(s) that accepts partnership is sometimes difficult and that’s why you need to give them good reasons why they should join you.
